Using our services means you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with engaging Talisman Networks.

Once we agree to work together, the full monthly amount for your package is due and we begin work on the deliverables outlined in your package.

You own your domain name at all times. However, during your subscription period, your website files and hosting account are maintained and owned by Talisman Networks. Any related business accounts (such as Google Business) are registered directly under your own login. After completing your minimum one-year commitment of monthly payments, you will own the website files and hosting account. We will guide you through the process to transfer your hosting to your own accounts. You retain full ownership and control of all content and digital assets created for you after the one-year period, including if you cancel or switch to another provider.

Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds. Work that falls outside the agreed scope, including additional pages, features, or major design changes, may be quoted and billed separately.

Each package includes a set number of free maintenance hours per month, as specified at sign-up. Small edits such as swapping photos or updating text do not count against this allowance. Hours used beyond the included allowance are billed at our standard rate of $25 per hour. We will notify you before you reach your monthly limit so you can decide whether to proceed. Maintenance fees are due within 14 days of being invoiced.

You must maintain your subscription for a minimum of one year (12 months) before you can cancel or downgrade. After the first year, you may cancel your plan or downgrade to a lower tier at any time. When you cancel, we will transfer your website and all assets to you. Plan downgrades require one week's notice, and we will work with you to adjust your site to fit the new tier's included pages and features. Because your domain, hosting, and accounts are already in your name, canceling does not require any account transfer.

The full monthly amount for your package is due as soon as we agree to work together, before work begins.

Invoices not paid within 14 days, without prior communication, may incur a late fee. We are happy to discuss payment arrangements if you reach out before the due date.

You are responsible for ensuring any content, images, or materials you provide to us are owned by you or properly licensed. We are not liable for intellectual property disputes arising from client-supplied assets.

Talisman Networks is not liable for any indirect losses, lost revenue, or business outcomes resulting from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. By working with us, you agree to these conditions.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated via the site or directly by email. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
